Very disappointed! The bathroom smells, closet without handles, the carpet in hull way too thick to pull luggage through, WiFi doesn’t work with non-Chinese phone numbers.

I liked that the cleaning team is working even in afternoon hours. Important for customers from overseas with jetlag or difficult travel schedule. I am very impressed with the care provided by the cleaning team. The hotel is immediately next to a metro (subway) station with direct trip to exhibition center (40 minutes) and it is one of the reasons why i book this hotel. The room receives cigarette smoke from other rooms. Bed sheets are clean but sometimes a light cigarette smell is there. I think it is a problem of building's infrastructure of how air travels. Team works well to fulfill your requests and windows provide some fresh air. The A/C did not work in heating mode.

The water flow from shower booth was blocked and first night it flooded. it was a very bad thing in a busy business trip. a helpful cleaning lady unblocked it, but pipes need to be better maintained.

It is located near the MRT station. The hotel staff guided us how to take the MRT to. Nanjing road easily. Check in process was smooth and quick. The building contains some office floors that leads to heavy lift traffic in the mornings and afternoons. The restaurant needs improvement in terms of food quality and environment as there is no views with all windows closed and blocked. The hotel room is too warm and we called for help but that is how rooms are conditioned in the hotel during winter. 26.5C for bed time is way too much.

Room was tighter than before , chairs bulky for such room. No place for lugguage. Wi-Fi was very bad , need to have English version .

Good location, exit 4 of line9/7 Zhaojiabang metro station is just right next to the hotel. Xujiahui is just within walking distance. The room we stayed in was clean, the corridors were bright and clean. The staff were friendly. The price after tax was slightly expensive. And it is usually fully booked so we have to book in advance.

Completely pleasant stay. The facilities are good (especially the shower); it is conveniently located next to a metro station; the staff are helpful; the rooms are clean and quiet. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is business-like hotel. If you're looking for somewhere glamourous in a cool area; this isn't it. But if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay, this is ideal.
