Gostamos muito do hotel . Viajei com a família e todos adoraram. A localização do Hotel é incrível : vc já está no centro de tudo: lojas, shoppings, alimentação, metrô. Poderia ter café da manhã !

Great location close to Nanjing road, nice room, Breakfast could offer more choices, internet connection is slow, at peak time I was not able to hear a low speed audio stream.

Breakfast was good for Chinese hotel standards, the health center and location are definitely the highlights for this hotel. It was very clean, with friendly staff. Wifi connection was terrible, I don't know if they were having some issues during my stay but couldn't connect even to chinese websites, had to go to a starbucks to work because the wifi was too slow.

Breakfast was exceptional good but the price is abit to pricey. A good mixed of American and oriental varieties for my liking. So far every is good, I cannot think of anything for mr dislike.

The location of this hotel is very good. Easy to walk to everything nearby. That being said, the hotel is in need of MAJOR updating. While we had helpful staff who tried to assist us (and did) the hotel itself really needs a refresh. It is like stepping back in time. We had small nails sticking up on the seam of where the carpet and tile meet that my partner stepped on. The staff did address this and changed our room. While they were extremely kind, the place it self left much to be desired. The first room we had the TV wasn't working. We called the front desk at 9:30pm and someone did come up to sort it out but couldn't and said she would need to call engineering in the morning. I wish someone would check these things prior to guests checking in. I would like to say that the staff, particularly the manager during our stay did everything she could to try and help with the situation and make sure that my partner was okay. She was amazing and this review has absolutely nothing to do with her. The breakfast area and food were terrible. I went down the first day and didn't go back. It is dark and dreary in the room and very outdated.

Very close to Nanjing Road, perfect for shopping. Facilities were good, breakfast was amazing. The bed was to hard.

The system of taking room deposit during check in especially through oversea credit card as it takes 30-45days to get those amount back.I would prefer to pay cash then get back at check out

Good buffet breakfast, excellent location, clean and comfortable hotel For the price, I would have expected that breakfast would have been included. When booking with booking.com, I had thought breakfsst was included but in the fine print (which I did not notice, breakfast not included). Not very clear in the booking.com booking system
