The staff and cleanliness There was cigarette smoke smell entering into my room on the last night I can’t define if from corridor or other room but it was notices for 2 to 3 hours, unfortunately

I hate everything about this hotel the location the staff the very old outdated furniture the very old outdated policies the breakfast smells bad The chef asked me to go grab my own butter for my eggs a retaliation move he made after I requested “due two religious prohibition” a clean washed skillet not just the staff does not speak English but they will give you an attitude. With this being said and in all fairness, I would like to thank Mr Loki He for helping with my insurance payment issue which btw I haven’t got it yet

Location is great near train station and subway station to everywhere, spacious rooms. Breakfast zone can get crowed; not many improvements on facilities since construction, it is beginning to feel aged in some parts …

Great location. Good breakfast buffet. Clean , spacious rooms. Its fine but just a heads up for everyone, if you prepay, no deposit will be needed. If you pay at the property, you'll have to pay a deposit. Its not a plate rate either, its whatever they decide they want it to be. Should be a fixed amount or percentage.

The room was perfectly clean, and everything was well-maintained. But what stood out the most was the service — everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for a great start to our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfas was good! Stayed here for 5 nights and kind of the same every day. There heaps of variety though. I wish the bar can be open a little bit late to serve some food.

Facilities, quiet location and service. 12 minutes Walk distance to Shanghai Station where you may take the high speed train to Beijing for 4.5 hours. 3 minutes walk to subway station. Many tasty restaurants around. All staff are very friendly. Nothing.
