It has a shuttle to Disneyland. Absolutely horrendous service. I had a pair of shoes sent to the hotel. The hotel accepted no responsibility, made zero attempt to make amends or make me whole, understood that I was a foreigner but refused to help me contact the courier, and continues to ignore my messages. The worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. It’s as if all concierge staff were hired off the street that morning.

Great location, just 10 minutes from disneyland by shuttle bus. We booked family room and it was great for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the toys and the tent in our room. There was everything we needed in bathroom. Truly nothing, everything was so great. We are very happy about our stay and this hotel.

Concierge service was efficient and helpful and breakfast buffet had many selections. The room. We were adults but were given a kids/family room with kids tent and amenities. Staff spoke very little English at front desk and not clear signage to hotel entrance. When search for hotel on gps, the hotel name is the same with other locations making it hard to give directions for taxi

I think it's more like the location of the hotel. It's far from city center and at night, there is nothing much to explore around the area. Maybe the hotel can provide more international TV channels so guest can at least have some entertainment if they have to be stuck in the hotel.

Perfect location for going to Disney - less than 10 minutes from the park dropoff. Plenty of shuttles to the park. Bed was gigantic and my kid loved the camping-themed room. No complaints.
