Had the hotel located in Down Town I would have liked it even better. This hotel where I stayed in Guangming is out of Shenzhen city centre. Commuting to hotel after work in Shenzhen is quite long and tiring. Breakfast needs some improvement. Lot of Chinese influence is there. Continental type food is very less. There is no restaurant in this good hotel. This is the only draw back. However, staff are very friendly and helpful and they always come forward to book any meal we want.

A.P. Plaza is walking distance. No nearby Metro sitation. Open toilet in the room.

Placed at a silent address. Missing the Laundry. The same brand in Shenzhen has a laundry free for use.

It was close to city center There is some noise from upstairs randomly but overall it was good to stay.

Room is modern with good air temperature While being a member of the hotel group they would not allow me to register points as I booked the hotel through Bookings instead of directly. Not a good or fair customer loyalty system.

Hotel room is very clean & bed is comfortable. 1) Restaurant (breakfast) is really bad. I believe they are not following Marriot standards. One of the days the baguette have ice inside (literally a big piece of Ice) & I have to ask repeatedly time to make new bread, so, they just heated it up and serve it, but still very cold & wet inside. Also, only 1 coffee machine for the whole restaurant, so, or you will wait in line for coffee or you will need to wait while they throw away the coffee grounds. 2) Not all staff speaks English. Some have an excellent customer service but others not fully.
