The breakfast was decent

Breakfast is good but with very less varieties.

Great location, with the train station right outside the door. Perfect breakfast with something for everyone. Very friendly staff. Nothing to complain about

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were amazing and so helpful with the stay and answered all my questions. It’s not far from the Bund. They offered both western and a Chinese breakfast and that was very nice.

The location of the hotel is within easy acess of the metro. There is a mall nearby where there are restaurants to eat at. Walmart is also within walking distance 1. I got a disabled room where the mirror was quite low and it also had a connecting room. The neighbour was smoking so I changed rooms 2. The final 2 days of my stay we did not have water in the morning. This is the first time it has happened in all my stay here 3. Unable to claim points because i did not book in the app and booked on booking.com

The location and the lovely lady that cleaned our room Stuff are not friendly at all. Also needed to use of translator … our first room was joint room with a door that can be easily open from both sides and every time someone touched the door from the other side we would’ve jumped and feel not comfortable in our room so we asked to move…. After we moved, In the second room the heater was overwhelming ad the room was to hot so when I was trying to put on cooling it didn’t worked and still keep blowing hot air. when we ask about it we were told that the air condition is not working even though the room advertised as having air conditioning .. and even when we turned the heater off it kept working and blowing hot air into the room to the point where we needed to have the window open the whole time so so of course we were exposed to the noise from the outside. At some point we even ask for a fan so we will be able to sleep… on top of that the fridge was not working and it was replaced by a new Fridge …. The minute the booking finished we moved to a new and better hotel will never go back there. And to some it up thy charge us more than the booking price saying that it’s because of taxes even though I showed them that the price online was saying including taxes… On top of that on my last shower there just before we left I cut myself on a broken tile exiting the bathroom Will also file a formal complaint with booking.com and go without saying online social media….

Situated at a more quieter residential Pudong area, away from crowded Puxi. Accessible to subway - less than 5 mins walk from Tangqiao Exit C. There's a mall nearby with good F&B for good food choice. There's even a Haidilao & Watson. Breakfast was good, can meet most of our requirements. Spacious room & bed is comfortable, good TV channels. The hotel looks bit dated, although able maintain their standard. Gym is the only facility is be available, not sure if due to low peak season now. We thought the mall is next to the hotel, thus we were a little lost when we first arrived. It is next to Sheraton Hotel, which is next to Four Points. Didn't use their wifi due to no VPN.

Buffet breakfast was amazing, both Western and Chinese food. Fast and efficient laundry service. Staff was helpful for this Western visitor. Lots of shops in the neighborhood. Wifi was spotty. A restaurant that was listed on their site didn’t exist or at least I couldn’t find it. Room service options were limited.
