Everything was excellent, I placed a food delivery order and since I don’t speak the language, they helped me with everything. They were very kind. I would like the minibar to be bigger

I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap. I understand now that it's standard in Asia but it's safe to assume that guests come from all over the world and wouldn't know about this in advance. Since I only had time to use the pool on my last day, it was too late for me to pop out and buy one. My recommendation for the hotel would be to either have the caps available ( for a decent price) or inform the guest about this, on check in maybe, so that they have enough time to get one and enjoy the pool.

On the day of my arrival, I was charged €595.48 as a deposit. However, I noticed that my card was charged again for €519.07 for my hotel stay. I have yet to receive a refund for the initial deposit of €595.48, and it has been almost three days since my departure .

Everyone and everything was very nice. We were very good taken care by Lemmy in the Reception. He managed everything so that our stay in the hotel was very pleasant.

Great room with a wonderful view—One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in, including expensive five star hotels. The single bed is 1.2m wide and extremely comfortable. The AC and shower work well. Having a washer dryer in the room was a big plus. Staff is helpful and room cleaning works with your schedule and changes the linen and all towels daily. The hotel is located in a quiet, green area, about 300m from a metro station and a mal. The breakfast buffet and hotel amenities are above average for the price. Everything is meticulously clean and nicely decorated. There’s a little robot that delivers toothpaste and other basic items on request. If there’s any issue (one day an elevator button was broken) it’s fixed immediately. The hotel is quite far from the main attractions. It would have been handy to book a car per hour, but I gave up on that once I realized the airport pick up service booked through the hotel was double the price as a similar car booked through an app. The staff doesn’t speak English and struggles to communicate well through translation apps too. The hotel requires a deposit that doesn’t get refunded right away and doesn’t even provide a receipt in English for the sum owed. There’s no room service and the lunch and dinner options are limited. The internet is wobbly and sometimes slow. Toiletries look high end but are actually very low quality. There’s no toilet brush, a common issue in China.
