Vey nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and the public adea is quiet and chill!
-
The walls were covered in black mold. And they just give you a tiny air purifier instead of taking care of the mold problem. Along with some boogers on the bed sheets. 0/10

Great hostel with a nice stuff!
-
The room is too small for 8;beds, even maybe 6;are being used at any one time. No spaces for luggage. The common room with tables, sofa, charging facilities , cool and calm place. Washers are a nice feature, as long as the weather is shining and can be dried up in the open sun.

-
Nice hostel with good rooms only thing is it is behind the trash station but that’s quite ok I think that’s the reason for the convenient price

Dayin offers beds or private rooms. I liked my room because there was a window to let in fresh air, the shower cubicle is separate from the toilet and, best of all, the sink is outside of the shower & toilet, making it far more hygienic to fill a kettle. The staff were superb in giving directions in English, especially since I needed to attend Shanghai Hospital every day. The hostel is located near three metro stations!! The TV in the room did not have a single need channel, not even in Chinese! I could get such channels AND CGTN in cheaper hotels in other cities.

aircon is cold TP is provided seems pretty clean and well maintained overall pillows are large and comfortable the curtains are very good at blocking light has international and USB power outlets washing machines free for use the owner is a cat toilet is so small one can either lock the door or smack ones knees and forget about pulling up your pants. shower room is tiny and the door doesn’t shut or lock properly, no room to put a towel so you have trouble getting dry or need to step out while naked. sink is in the common area no luggage area no clothes hangers or rack eg. for your towel some rooms are internal so no windows and air is humid wi-fi is slow no dryer machines some black mould can be found on the walls the driveway goes past a busy recycling plant
-
very practical, has everything you need and is very easy to go places with subway line. shower is a bit mouldy and beds are a thin foam mat, but does the job!
-
Everything was alright ! I strongly recommend the place Nothing in mind

Superb location nearby city centre, yet it is hidden (as it name) that you need to go through the alley and there's a recycling centre you need to pass through but just in a short distance. Staff are very attentive even though some of them cannot speak english. - Two staff members at the counter but only one girl can speak fluent english. - Wifi is connected, but the internet is not working. One of our rooms also didn't even have a phone line. - The aircond in one of our rooms makes loud sounds when it's on. - There's smell caused by the recycling process, but not so stink. - When it's raining, there is water ponding on the alley road to the hostel, in front of the recycling centre.
