Breakfast don’t have options for foreigners , there is no restaurants in hotel , service is very poor

Location was right next to train station - so it was fantastic. just bear in mind at times it can be extremely busy because of conferences that take place across the street. Breakfast is great, huge selection and delicious everyday. The staff are not very friendly in this hotel. The door men never offered to help open doors or carry your bags. If we cross over to Kerry hotel across the street - the service was a huge difference. Facilities are quite run down in a pretty new hotel. Pool was quite pathetic and dirty, and the gym was shaped in a weird manner.

Great location, very convenient and close to the exhibition center. The reception staff was very poor and uncooperative. I had a very frustrating experience upon arrival after traveling for more than 14 hours. I arrived early and there were many rooms available, but the receptionist insisted not to let me check in before 10:00 AM unless I paid for a half-day. This is a very bad attitude and definitely not how guests should be treated in a supposed 5-star hotel. I complained to the manager, but she did absolutely nothing to help. This is the first time in my life I have experienced such a complete lack of appreciation.

Just across the street from the exhibition center and right at the exit of Huamu subway station exit 3. The room was perfect (though they gave me an upgrade). All the amenities were provided. Breakfast was very good with both western and Chinese offerings.

Older 5 Star Hotel with large rooms. I needs some attention but still great Value for the Money. Book the Breakfast included otherwise they will charge you 200 Y

The location was excellent—right next to the exhibition center and conveniently close to the metro station. The facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were all great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel bar was disappointing. It was just a small setup at the reception with no draft beer, which felt unusual. We ended up going out every time to meet colleagues at nearby bars. Additionally, the Wi-Fi could have been faster!

Location to the exhibition was wonderful, it is close directly to the exhibition center Also a metro station placed inside the hotel area. Breakfast is very good They cant accept USD as payment. Feel Some receptionists are not friendly, others are helpful

It’s clues to the expo canter

This hotel is getting a fair amount of wear though convenient if you’re taking the maglev to the airport and close to the subway

The location Price vs value… do not match. Rooms look old and Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Even when they repaired it. Personnel does not speak English and makes it hard and confusing to communicate. There are other very luxurious Hotels for the same price in Shanghai.

Near for fair area

Breakfast was normal, if u are there for exhibition (Pudong Exhibition Center) then its a perfect location, front side shopping mall have lots of food options and some bars for chilling out... Room was ok, big enough and comfortable.. Staff was not helpful, during my check in I asked them how far is the airport and how can I go, he immediately called a guy from front desk and pushed him to offer me 800 yuan in Chinese, but another guy told him that is too high, he insisted and said if stays here can pay this as well... they all speak Chinese which I can understand well and they were thinking I ve been there for exhibition and no idea that I can understand and speak Mandarin... Second thing, I was looking for shopping center to get some food choices (searched online and I was sure a shopping mall quite close, walking distance), first front door, second at the main door, both stuff (different people) pushed me to go on 6th floor for food, finally I insisted and asked the place of shopping center again then they just said i don't know, luckily there was another customer and he told me just pass by the traffic light and opposite side you will see KerryPark something like that...

Everything is good but how can you catch bottle water, Sometimes staff can’t help

Clean and large rooms. Breakfast is morely designed for Asia. Europe style like more cheese, cream, bread styles may extend.

Our room was facing inner space with low light exposure, making it a bit pesimistic. I am sure there was rooms facing outer view.
