The food and the receptionist they were very nice even when you don’t speak Chinese, VIvi was one of the best host during my stay she attended to me very well The comfort in the room and the cleanliness

Overall good experience. Fast check in, hotel is brand new. Good location. Positive experience with front desk staff. 1. Too little “European style” products for breakfast (not really a minus, just my preference) 2. Housekeeping may be done very late. We put the “please clean the room” sign in the morning and only got cleaning at 6 p.m. plus they didn’t do vacuuming I had ask the housekeeping lady to come back again and do the vacuuming 3. It was loud noise in the hallway at 11-12 p.m. other guests were speaking loudly and you could perfectly hear them from your room. One guy was even smoking in the hallway because we could hear the smell. Had to step our and ask them to be quiet. Once again, not really a hotel minus but keep in mind lack of soundproofing.

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very spacious. No cupboard space for unpacking was provided, but the rooms felt big and uncrowded. The proximity to Meiling North station was very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bathrooms had locking doors. It’s a common complaint of mine that there’s very often smoking in hotels in China, despite it being posted and noted that no smoking is permitted. The smoke from people smoking in other rooms gets sucked into the air system, meaning we occasionally got cigarette smoke blown into our rooms through the air conditioning system. There was also no place to unpack our bags.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety each day. The iron in the laundry room on the 5th floor was not working.

Room cleaning was so bad. Only changed towels, slippers, bottles and tea. I didn't experience clean room.

New building No english speaking staff, no bath towels kept by house keeping, too far from downtown

Near main street but sound proofing keeps the room pretty quiet. Walking distance to subway train and a out dated mall that provide some basic food and minimart. Hotel is newly built so rooms are comfy and staff are friendly and helpful too and special mention to housekeeper 张女士 for keeping the room clean and tidy. Would be useful if a safe box is included.

Breakfast menu & quality both were very good. Overall clean & cozy. Staffs can't speak in English, very hard to make them understand any of our needs. In our room we couldn't find any freezer for keeping cold water or drinks.

Brand new, good location. Very close to metro station. We had a double room the first night and a triple room the second (when our daughter joined us) The rooms were bright, comfortable, very clean, beautifully designed and decorated, and very generously sized We also appreciated the small fridge in the triple room, but would have liked one in the double too! Although it’s close to the metro, it’s still about 10km from Hongqiao Pudong Airport, which can make it tricky if you have a lot of luggage. Additionally, because the hotel is brand new there is still some construction going on around it. This can be a bit noisy during the day, and also made it a little difficult for taxi drivers to find it! That said, I managed to get a lot of work done on the hotel room, and there’s free espresso coffee available 24-hours!
