Good staff, clean place, good food, nice location. However, i have trouble with the Wifi connection (not working). And It would still be better to have air conditioning working even it is cold outside. At least we have the option if we want heater or cold air conditioning in the room.

I loved my stay! Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is amazing and cleaning is daily. It is a little far from attractions, but metro is convenient and easy access to Hongqiao railway station and airport.

The hotel set the air conditioning at a fixed temperature and I found it a bit hot in the room. Breakfast dishes could have been served hotter. Location is a bit of a walk from the metro station (10 mins or so).

The staff were very friendly and consistently greeted customers. Very good breakfast and convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 10.

Friendly staff, decent size room and bathroom, good breakfast, close to food shops and markets and a park The single elevator to dinning room and laundry room gets crowded during a certain time of the day and regular guests have no access to stairs

I have been using Holiday Inn for most of the time when I travel overseas. it has never failed me, including this property. The staff was great, the property is a bit compact, but that didn't worry me and wasn't an issue at all. I am more conserned about the cleanliness of the bathroom and dining hall; in this case, they were exceptional. Location was great, a few local eateries as you come out of the front door. Shuicheng Rd subway about 7 min walk and there is a wee awsome bakery between hotel and subway.

Good value. Nice breakfast. Good air conditioning. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Staff offered to move us but hallway had same smell. Were quick to add air freshener & it helped.

Nice and clean room, great and helpful staff. Location is awesome, few minutes walk to Shuicheng road metro station line 10. Will definetly come again!
