The room was clean and well maintained. However, our window faced an internal wall, so there was very little natural sunlight. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke often drifted in from the courtyard area. Although the air conditioning and ventilation system worked well, we could still occasionally smell cigarette smoke in the room. The breakfast could be improved. There was not much variety, and a large portion of the selection consisted of traditional Chinese dishes. For a child, there were very few suitable options, and it was difficult to find something they would enjoy eating.

The breakfest was very goodand the rooms a nice only the location is a problem. It is not easy to get to.. to make it much better they need to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and from the hotel to downtown or at least to the metro station. The hotel is very nice just to remotely located

Large room, nice simple breakfast, 10-15minutes walk to mrt, and very close to disneyland, so we dont have wake up so early to go there Its bit difficult to find grocery or restaurant near it. You have to walk bit far. And not much options

There’s always 1 on duty who can help communicate with foreigners like us. The hotel is closeby Disneyland and mall too.

This could be the worst Holiday Inn Express which I used to stay all over the world! Not many choices for breakfast and chef is impatient.

Despite language differences, most of the staffs spoke english or show so much efforts to be able to help, gave support on how to go about your trip and experiences in Shanghai, and I want to use the medium to give great remark to my new friend, one of the front desk staff (LEONE) Great Guy! He was like a Brother and I cannot wait to be back.

Quiet and clean. The staff didn’t charge for the deposit when I checked in. After that when I checked out they charged me double and they can’t find the way out. So bad.
