The property was beautiful and very well decorated. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the room service pizza that we ordered after getting in from a late flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Luna at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful! The customer service all around was wonderful, we had many great interactions with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn!

Very nice hotel with big comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also very nice. The pool was closed for maintenance so did not use it but the fitness center was good. The Hongqiao Airport and Railway station are a short taxi ride away. Over all a nice place. The hotel is away from all public transport so you have to take a taxi. Its far away from the city. Didn't see much like restaurants, supermarket, etc. nearby (Maybe I didn't know where to look). You will hear the aircraft flying over you.

The staff, especially Lucy Liu, were incredibly helpful and willing to provide me the best assistance possible. The breakfast was varied and had western options. The gym worked for most of my stay and had good equipment. The location is very good with many restaurants, bars, malls, metro stations and shops nearby. The gym was closed on my last day. There seemed to be a problem with the elevators, sometimes they would choose not to go down to the B1 level (gym) and I would have to change elevators to see which one worked.
