LOCATION OF THE HOTEL THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE THE ROOM NO. FOR FOOD AND BAR SERVICES BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT COLLECTED DEPOSIT. I SENT SEVERAL MAILS BEFORE REACHING CHINA TO PICK FROM AIRPORT, BUT NO REPLY FROM HOTEL

Very convenitent location. I came to participate for the Chinacoat 2025 which was at SINCE. Breakfast was very bad. Mainly Chinese products. Not much other asian food.Same menu every day.

The hotel is clean and rooms spacious. I was charged £10 more than the Booking.com price. It’s hard to argue when you have no other hotel to go to so this was a little annoying. But the hotel was still good value. The room was comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful . It’s convenient for Longyang Rd Subway and the Maglev if you have an early flight (8min taxi) and for the fake market at Science Technology Subway (6min taxi). I would choose it for a single night stay. It’s not very convenient for central Shanghai. Stay near Jing’an for that.

A nice location - in a quiet neighborehood with close connection to multiple buses, and in walking distance to a metro station. The room was spacious and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Air-con (cooling function) was switched-off. This was the reply from hotel "I'm very sorry. Currently, the hotel is operating the fresh air system instead of the air conditioning. If you feel hot, I'll have the housekeeping send a fan to your room. ". For a reputable hotel name and the high price paid, it was totally not worth. For 2 nights the weather was warm so I did not sleep properly. The reception said many guest had also complaint about the temperature, so it was obvious that the hotel management did not prioritize the comfort of its guests.
