The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is luxurious and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay very enjoyable. Nothing to mention. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

When we arrived from the airport, we had a problem paying the taxi. The hotel staff handled the situation with incredible kindness. A staff member named Ivey paid the taxi fare on our behalf, which immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of after a long journey. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Both British and Chinese breakfasts were available, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Room service was another highlight. The fridge was generously filled every day, with extra items provided, which showed great attention to guest comfort. I would especially like to mention Zed, who truly represents the highest level of hospitality. Whenever we needed anything, he was always ready to help with a friendly and professional attitude. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and several shops and fast-food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Subway are only a 3-minute walk away. Overall, this hotel was perfect in terms of service, comfort, view, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai and would happily stay here again.

right next to a subway station which is a big plus. also is right close to several big shopping center. my room was too warm and i had a hard time to adjust the temperature; however, the front desk was very open to let me change a room and send a staff member to help me moving.

It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

Great location to access the metro to get out to the F1 track and 1/2 hr into city center. Staff very helpful and up graded our room. Nothing - it’s great

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable rooms. You had to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, even as a resident. Some of the staff were a little rude, on arrival we were told that one restaurant was open until midnight. When we entered, the restaurant manager disappeared for 3 minutes leaving us stood on our own. Then came back and proceeded to have an attitude and make us feel unwelcome. However, there was a female server in the same restaurant that took over and made us feel at ease. Service was very slow in the bar each evening, as well as service in the fine dining restaurant. Overall, I would not stay here again

It was pleasant that our room was upgraded. The view of the lake and the far away Shanghai skyline was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were friendly. If we ever visit Shanghai again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️ Sometimes it was a little bit cold in the breakfast hall.

All the staff were super friendly (especial thanks to Della at the reception desk). The rooms are very clean and new and the design is quite nice. In fact the hotel was so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay in Shanghai.
