I didn’t like it My room smelt of cigarettes, the bathroom and floor in my room was dirty, staff unhelpful and wifi didn’t work at all.

Housekeepers were lovely people. Bed was comfortable. The shower was OK. Room had good size During the booking process or before arrival, nobody told us they did not receive a visa or any international cards. Only alipay, wechat, or cash. So, after a terrible start of our journey with an ATM retaining one of our cards and difficulties finding the hotel, we arrived exhausted to be informed about the payment ways. Late at night, I had to walk around the area for a working ATM to obtain cash in order to check in. All that while trying our best to communicate with the front desk staff. Nobody seemed to care. They just were apathetic. When finally they gave us a room, it had twin beds! So, once again, down to the tricky exercise to communicate with the front desk and to explain to them that double is not equal to 2 beds.

The location (close to metro station), the humbleness of the staff. I had reserved a room without a window but got upgrated to one with a side window for free ! The floor was a bit dirty but nothing too alarming

Convenient location, they allowed foreigners which some chinese hotels do not. Terrible internet. couldnt even connect to 4g in the room. AC was hard to control

乾淨，只是洗澡沐浴露/洗髮水是同一種的，而且很不方便去按壓式取用口，雖然已經跟前台反映過，但還是沒改善過來。每次洗澡都要很費勁地去渣取瓶子內的沐浴露，一丁點一丁點出來，不方便。
