If metro was closer it would be better (some 15 minutes to metro station)

Actual days I stayed in hotel is from 3 to 5 of the December 2025. and hotel took my credit card to bay me back. But money never reached me.

Staff was very friendly, when I arrived they made sure I get the room I asked for and they changed my bed sheets as I stated I need pure cotton due to allergy , they are amazing They just need to have fresh bread in the breakfast buffet

staff are very friendly and helpful and they understand the difficulties for non Chinese people in communication and they have Shattaf there is no international food, which is little bad for people who are not used to it, also there is no Halal Food

Very clean and modern Breakfast is very good Rooms are big and toilets with Japanese bide Shuttle Bus service to the exhibition Only 15 minutes to the new exhibition centre Internet was very hard to connect to, you have ask receptionist to help you And Wifi doesn’t work with your Vpn

Clean and elegant , big room, perfect location for Shanghai furniture fair and friendly staff. Room 03 on all floors shares wall with elevator. That makes it very noisy. But the staff changed my room as soon as I asked.

everything not their fault but no activities outside the hotel, restaurants and convenience store are too far to walk and too near to get a cab

Very good hotel, with good and wide rooms. Great Breakfast. It's close to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Exhibition center). The SNIEC is easily and safetly reachable on foot with 20-25 min walking. By taxi to Bund Area depending on traffic jam, but 10-20 min and around 60 CHY with official fare before dinner time (After dinner you need to negotiate the fare with Taxi driver as the do not apply standard fares). Breakfast opens only at 6:30 and we lost it last day to reach the airport. I wish to have breafast earlier.
