The lobby was all the way inside and drivers have to go into the carpark and go back up to the lobby which was very inconvenient. The doors do not have a soft closing so whenever the neighbor leaves the room, the door just slams behind and this happened early in the morning. Customer service was not very helpful and the air conditioning in the room did not work.

The Hotel is new refurbished, bedroom excellent size for 2 people. Very clean and the bed was amazing. Located in a good and safe region, with supermarkets, restaurants and coffees around the corner 10min walk from tube station -

It wasn't stated that the hotel would take a deposit, and it's been over three days, yet the deposit hasn't been refunded.

Very modern vibey place The shower was smelly, definitely something wrong with the drain. Staff not very friendly and no one speaks any english.

Location and seemingly fun vibe. But the actual stay didn’t deliver on vibe AT ALL. The staff were dreadful. They looked like they hate their jobs. The check in at the same level as their bar counter, I guess it’s the concept, which should translate to a fun atmosphere. It was just the opposite. Really ruined our experience .

big room, comfortable bed, very big bathroom, shower was really great. all in all the room delivers. it wasn't stated that a deposit would be taken when checking in, should have been notified when booking.

Rooms are stylish and clean, everything is fresh. It’s fairly quiet and mostly comfortable. Location isn’t great, too far from a subway station. The staff doesn’t speak English so well, but was helpful and friendly.

Staff at the hotel were excellent, polite and spoke very good English. Within walking distance are 2 malls with several restaurants and bars and various cuisines. For the price and for the good staff it is acceptable but would stay at a more lively hotel next time. Metro station is within walking distance though far from downtown Due to the location of the hotel, there were not many guests staying, hence the breakfast and bar was non-existent. Outside hotel many locations closed early compared to the downtown Shanghai.

The breakfast was sad and I had nothing to choose since I don’t eat eggs. The breakfast area was messed and was not relaxed. The location is not central but it’s very close to different metro lines which was quite comfortable.
