I had a problem with the ATM Machine and the management went out of their way to retrieve my money, follow up and hand over to my representative even after I checked out. The service carries beyond the check out which is exceptional. There was no coffee in the room bar.

This hotel is about marble and golden decorations, it is surely clean and very nice, but a bit outdated. The people at the bar are extremely friendly. The hotel was not very lively. The concierge made me do a booking for the fast train by myself. That was a disaster. I could not find the booking in my Alipay, so I missed the train. Chinese people do not realise how difficult it is made for such things.
