Staff barely speaks English, the pool area needs repair, there is nowhere mentioned on this page that guests without swimming caps are not allowed to the pool.

Location was perfect right next to a shopping mall. mtr station was downstairs. room was specious and comfortable. breakfast was great, stuffs were friendly and helpful. bank was 2 mins walk i liked everything

Super friendly stuff, very good location, there is a huge shopping mall, subway is also downstairs which goes to airport.

The staff are friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable from check-in onward. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality hotel that offers great value. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Hotel location was great, and the Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. They tried their best to sort issues that we had at the hotel during our stay. The front desk manager - Colin was very understanding and helpful. We changed 3 rooms in 2 days. The air conditioning was not working and the stay was very very unpleasant because of this reason. The room service as well was not available as per the timings mentioned at the Hotel.

Clean, the bed is comfortable The front desk staffs never smile, greet you or say thank you. What odd choice for such critical customer facing roles. The vendor machines on the check in floor have cheapened this suppose-to-be luxury hotel? Why hotel staff allows people to wear hotel slippers roaming around? The restaurant staffs obviously were poorly trained, who have no manners, don't smile, and no engagement with the people, they just do their job and collect check and no customer focus in their mind. They are more friendlyby talking to each other rather be attentive with the customers.. I was at gym at 6:30am, the air conditioning is not running low temperature, it was like sauna room. Try to save electricity bill??? Sadly, before coming and after covid, this hotel is not longer suitable for foreigners.

Location and good breadfast The room need to renovate as our bathroom door mirror was cracked and pasted with masking tape. The aircon cannot be adjusted and not very comfortable.
