Hotel is rather old. Carpet is dirty and sticky. Reception computers too often break down and not functioning. Restaurant food quality is significantly degraded as compared previously yrs. Overall, it does not fit for the standard of 4 star hotel

The hotel is next to line 9 Guilin station and is about a 20-30 minute car ride from the Shanghai Railway Station. You can also take the metro to Shanghai Happy Valley without needing to transfer. The Delux Suite is very spacious with a very large and deep bathtub. There are free snacks and drinks. There isn't a laundry room only laundry service which is very expensive if you are traveling with more than one outfit. The restaurant is nice but a little expensive for more than one person.
