Breakfast was good. There was a vast variety of choices. It included breakfast food as well as Chinese food. The shuttle to Disney only went and came back at 1 time per day. I picked the hotel because of the shuttle. We were unable to take it because the times were inconvenient.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us speaking English. Could not contact the property for airport pick up. We were at the designated pick up area at the appropriate time however a shuttle was not on site. We had to wait another hour for the next shuttle. Tried to call the property several times and was unable to connect. The property also states they have a shuttle to and from Disney, however, there was only one shuttle in the morning and one in the evening. Stating that there was a shuttle to Disney seemed a bit misleading, considering it was just one in the morning and then one at night. We had to book our own transportation to and from Disney and were not expecting to do that.

After booking, received a message about where and when to take shuttle. Breakfast is great, included. Staffing are super helpful and friendly! Location is wonderful, very close to airport. House keeping’s work so hard, especially work ID 219, 225. Check out 14:00. Nothing!

Food and shuttle were fine. We booked in for four people but only got beds for three. One double and one single bed. The staff at the reception did not understand any English. One person did not get to sleep. It was very disappointed. After nearly ten hours of flight, we wanted to have rest but could not sleep. They knew that we are four but they sent us to a room for three people. Everything in the room for three people. We booked for four and clearly it was on the booking. We are very upset and want our money back. Terrible stay.

Josline and all of the staff were truly so kind and helpful. I took the painting class and enjoyed it so much! There was nothing I didn’t like about this place! Nothing! It could not of been better. I extend my staff because I loved it so much.

The staff was very nice and helped us accomidate our colleugue who flew in later than us get her room. The water pressure was amazing. The place was much farther from the airport than advertised and in a dodgy part of the city. The hotel was rundown and old. the wifi didnt work and the breakfast wasnt up and running when we needed to leave at 5:30am.

Close to airport and shuttle was on time. It’s on a busy road. Sink was not working.

The hotel provided everything we needed for a short overnight stay: very punctual bus from and to the airport, clean room, breakfast. Staffs were friendly, especially the cleaning ladies (218 and 220) that helped us with our luggages.
