Excellent location. Very close to the city centre and to many attractions. The room was small but comfortable and had everything needed. Good value for the price. Little noise insulation - sometimes it became too noisy from the rooms nearby.

The location was nice and the hotel was pretty good for what you’re paying. It was a little hot in the room, and the bathroom smelled like old pipes. The room came with only very basic amenities.

Location and price The building inside was great, but the smell at the parking lot was terrible, like a rotten dead animal. I recommend that they do take measures to clean it and reduce that stench

Good location, easy walking to the Bund. The hotel seemed a bit dated.

The location is perfect, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers near the hotel. The room itself is clean and comfortable. Staff came to clean and refill the water bottles daily. Beds were firm, but comfortable. There were no outlets by the bed. You had to plug in your devices on the desk, the shelf with free water, or the bathroom. One outlet was not working.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Needed to take taxi to the nearest subway but it was not a problem

2. Big rooms 1. We were there 2 nights, but we found bed bugs in room 307. After the complaint, they shifted us to 305, the second day again we found bad bugs in 305, so we requested for new room on a different floor and they gave us 403. They didn't look surprised when we were reporting the bugs. 2. The sink drain hose was not properly installed in 307 and all sewage smell was coming into the room.

The hotel is located in very good place providing short distance to many places and facilities (metro station, bus..) but it is not easy access for cars

near the bund and subway station, cheap hard to find, small humid room with old almost broken furniture, bad smell in the room, stains on the walls, a lot of noise from other rooms and outside

Location is good and quite calm area. Metro station is on few step from Hotel Breakfast is not available at Hotel. The staff told they don't have kitchen. there are some restaurants in the surrounding around 100 or 150 steps far from hotel but sometime it's heavy effort to walk from hotel to restaurant for breakfast. Hotel management must offer breakfast.
