Excellent location close to the metro and Nanjing Pedestrian Street, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We loved the stunning views, sophisticated interiors, comfortable rooms, and overall atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay extra special with thoughtful touches such as the birthday surprise, handwritten card, and personalized key card. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Shanghai Tavern and the beautiful high tea experience at YONE. Nothing significant — overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

The location is perfect, the bathroom, rather clean, cozy atmosphere, free snacks in minibar, the staff on entrance. The deposit for each stay is a little bit old school; We had been asked to wait for free drinks at the lobby while waiting for the room, but never got any drinks, as much as never got an email when the room is ready.

The service is excellent and the restaurants in this hotel are also fantastically delicious! The toilet has some issue to flush, other than that its a perfect place to stay!

The lobby is stunning with full access to a bar and dining, giving it a club vibe at night. Its location right on the walking street is a plus if you're a tourist. Breakfast was very, very good, with plenty of options for all kinds of tastes. The staff was communicative and helpful, and the food was tasty. It seems I had a personal butler. Chen Han Long happily took care of all my personal needs and even helped me buy food delivery and arrange my rental car delivery. Great service. I wish I had taken the time to go to the roof. It has one of the best skyline views in Shanghai. For the price, the room was unimpressive. The view from the window was stunted and there wasn't a single tissue dispenser. One shouldn't have to call the front desk to get tissue to wipe our faces. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice room, but for the price I paid, the details should be covered.

The location is absolutely the best! It's right in the middle of Nanjing East, directly across from Daimaru Mall, and just a few steps from Pop Mart Junction. Having a Starbucks right next door is also a huge plus. Modern design ambience and great rooftop view. All the staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. I absolutely loved my stay! The pillows were just way too soft for me, even after I requested a firm one.

The only downside was the check-in process — the official check-in time is 3 PM, and there were additional delays before we could get our room. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
