The buffet was awesome. The staff tried to be helpful. The hotel controls the air conditioning in your room and they kept turning it off. On more than 3 occasions our room was 77 degrees or hotter. I had to complain to get them to turn on the air conditioning. On my last night they refused to turn the air conditioning on and instead sent a fan up to my room. The room never cooled down overnight and remained 77 degrees.

Beds were good. nice restaurants around a bit far from tourist and business areas about 1 hour via taxi but we preferred it this way. Better breakfast options.

The hotel is very nice inside & out. It has a great layout and decent value for the location. The view over Nanxiang was lovely to look at up high. The rooms are quality and they are spacious. Could supply a razor but not so. The porter immediately approached me aggressively and beckoned at me as you would an animal. Naturally, he was set straight and reported not to act like an animal. This was told to the front desk who initially laughed until they realised the importance of the first person that represents the hotel brand. After a few words, he reported the issue. Shocked that the porter was so untrained & uncivilised for this brand name. Probably the worst greeting I have EVER had at any hotel. Apart from this evrything else seemed spot on & they automatically gave me an upgrade.

The staff were so accommodating and moved us to another room when the air-conditioner was not working. They even sent home a toy that my daughter forgot. We are very thankful.
