We stay because it has some form of kitchen and not too far from mall and grocery and access to Metro station. The room is spacious and hotel has small workout room next to laundry It doesn’t provide functional kitchen as listed, that is, no utensils, kitchenware, and refrigerator. Front desk not so helpful in helping communicate with kitchen staff

The hotel is very new and clean. The bed is so comfy. The location is opposite the university, near the shopping center and very safe place. They also have a washing machine downstair.

We had booked rooms with Microwave but they mistakenly gave us rooms without microwave. However, as soon as we informed them, they gave us a new room ?

Evelyn on the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me sort out my problem. Throughout it she was helpful, kind and patient. This is a great hotel to stay at.

Stayed for 2 nights. I was put in the disabled room even though I’m not disabled. The room was very nice but there didn’t seem to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so every time you have a hot shower you set off the room’s fire alarm.

Very modern and clean, super friendly staff, big room, excellent facilities (laundry and gym). Only downside was that the internet was a bit patchy, sometimes fine, sometimes slow.

I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. Bedding is really nice; clean & convenient; close proximity to the metro line 11; super good value; front desk staff Sora is especially helpful at checking in; when he found out that Ctrip mistakenly cancelled my booking; he ensured i was rebooked with same deal & got it done as fast as he could even though his shift ended already. I’m very impressed with his professionalism & the way he handled the situation. David was also very professional & eager to help as well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I come visit Shanghai again. I wish the breakfast could be better.

Decent hotel. Opposite nyu shanghai. So lots of sports guests. Room comfy. Food options very nice. Enjoyed .my stay. It was good.

Heating system did not work for the room that I booked but staff acted quickly to change into 2 separate rooms for my family.
