Laundry service was exceptionally good. They can slightly improve service to booking.com customers. For example, welcoming messages, informing payment card left on the order did not go through, etc. We did calculate the money we need to convert to CNY beforehand, so when being told that they cannot charge the amount on the card I put on the order and have to pay via Alipay was a bit confusing and inconvenient.
