I had a really pleasant stay at your hotel. The location was super convenient since it was close to my workplace, which made it a great choice. I also really appreciated the stylish desk and chair—they made the space feel comfortable and perfect for getting work done. On the day I checked out, I paid for breakfast. But it wasn’t really a big deal ?

The staff was amazing, the location most convenient and the rooms really nice. I love how flexible and professional they are! Would’ve given 10/10 if there wouldn’t be one thing that kinda ruined the stay for me The WiFi is unfortunately unusable. I couldn’t work at all, kept disconnecting, was slow in general and all in all a real nuisance which is so sad. The teams and facilities are really amazing

Not much They don’t have an AC that can cool the room, at 25.9C it was a sauna.

Great place, clean, close to the park and very close to a metro station. A perfect place to get a bit out of Shanghai but still being close to the city center Some of the decoration seemed a bit old but it is all fine. Still remains a great place to stay.

Awesome location on top of a metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights before flying internationally and it was super convenient. Also had the chance to stroll in the park across the street to get away from the noise & traffic. Also used the free washer & dryer to get our clothes clean for the next leg of travel. The property was dated. Although we had an upgraded room with incredible view, the wallpaper edges were peeling, carpeting worn and the bathroom grout had dark mold.

Our smaller sized room was comfortable and big enough. Laundry facilities worked well.

The location was excellent. The food was not a great selection, nor was it that tasty which made us not want to try the restaurant. I had gotten hurt by a rusty nail that was sticking out of the carpet. I shared this with the front desk.

Great if you’re going to the expo center. Free shuttle. Really great breakfast. The bathroom a bit run down, but clean. It works for the price.

This was my second stay at the Dorsett, and the reason that I decided to come again had to do with the breakfast, which did not disappoint, and I would argue is a bright part of the stay. My room... A/C did not work so they had placed a mobile device which was terrible and did not do much to cool the room. The elevators are not "smart" so you just kind of stand there and hope that one shows up that is not full, this is terrible during breakfast time.

Nothing. Location very far and not good I was traveling and I arrived at 21h00. I requested a quiet room and guess what I got. 2nd floor room exactly next to the restaurant with a lot of noise. There was horrible smell of frying in the corridor. I requested to change the room and then I got upper room. More over, guests are standing at the entrance and smoking. Didn’t like that

Rooms are well furnished and with amenities, hotel was clean and smells good, front desk and housekeeping were very attentive and accommodating. Beautiful location facing the Century Park. Nothing

Excellent location. The metro station was adjacent to the property. Also had a coffee shop right downstairs at the hotel. The staff was excellent and English speaking. Facilities were clean and modern. Really enjoyed the gym facility and the free laundry. That was priceless to use for a family with small children. Value was great for the accommodation. Also the hotel buffet breakfast was a great spread and convenient for an early morning meal. Nothing at all.

hotel blocked amount of money at creadit card for 14 days, at the same time accomodation was paid upon my arrival by card. Means double amount were deducted from my account

Breakfast was great. Direct access to the Metro was a great extra bonus.
