1. James at the reception area was exceptional. He went an extra mile to help us with all our queries. 2. Near the venue of most of our meetings 3. Clean room. Comfy beds 4. Good breakfast 5. The Chinese restaurant near the hotel serves good food. Starbucks was just around the corner Slow internet No bidet

There is a massage parlour in the hotel which is convenient for relaxation. The breakfast is good but could have more western varieties. There is no internation TV channel, only local TV channels.

The location is very convenient, not far from the Hongqiao international airport and gaotie station; there are automatic curtains and wireless charge in the rooms. Breakfast is included, there are options for European and Asian guests. The view from the window was facing the wall, plus the windows were very dirty. It's a little weird since the hotel itself is quite clean and pleasant. One pair of slippers was a children's size, though we registered as 3 adults ?
