Hotel was very nice and clean! The property felt new and modern! Nothing to pin point right away, but sometimes room needed to be cleaned more properly

It’s quaint and a quiet place since it’s a bit far from the city center. But property is well maintained. Friendly staff , specially Emily. They’re all very helpful when we wanted to order food for delivery. Close to metro station and the hotel has a free shuttle to the station. No bidet.

The buffet breakfast option was really very good for its price and the selections were a lot. The staffs were very nice. The place was very clean and organized. Can't think of anything.

Very great hotel! It is placed nearby a river which has stunning views! The breakfast is also very good. It is nearby the train station and also a shopping mall, 10-min walk.

Despite the prohibition of the smoking in the hotel, our floor smelled like a cigar club, the room with two beds had no wardrobe at all. We've left the sign on the bed to change the sheets, it hasn't been done

The pillows are kinda firm and limited to one per person only. It's a bit uncomfy if you are not used to one/firm pillow only. The airconditioner unit in our room was malfunctioning. The maintenance staff had to bring an electric fan for us. Though, the other room that we booked was great, no issues at all.

Quiet room. Had good sleep. Nice view facing the river. Street is quiet without heavy traffic. A bit of walking distance to the nearby mall for food and also Metro

Overall experience are well, though there is a little incident during check in. Jack, one of the front desk staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable, provide excellence assitance. The front desk staff not smiling, and do not listen when we were speaking to them.
