great interior, everything perfectly clean and the staff is amazing! they were really helpful and caring, which made our stay even better :) thank you so much! also the hotel was surrounded with a mall, metro station and other facilities, which is also great ;))

Very nice hotel, nice to several metro stations, very clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast selection, as well as reasonably priced dinner buffet. We were there during typhoon season, had a few airline related problems and staff was very accomodating and supportive - Rachel, Rikki and the rest of the staff helped a lot. The cleaning staff was also accomodating, always cleaning the room even at later hours.

Everything was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, the rooms are nice, cleaning staff was very kind. Special thanks to Rachel who helped us when we needed some extra help due to illness!

The property is well located. Staff is very friendly especially Riccie in front office and Hong in breakfast room. Riccie helped us instantly without hesitation. I wrongly booked one more day and she helped us unbook the whole hotel days and make new booking without any penalties. That was so nice of her to help foreigner. Also I forgot to include breakfast. She did it for us without additional charges. Also, the hotel was so clean that I wouldn’t say the same about JW Marriott Beijing Central where I unfortunately stayed in Beijing. And the cleaner of the 6th floor was very and very friendly and kind. Me together with my family are very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. If I were director of the hotel I would definitely raise their pay and add daily bonuses. They deserve it indeed. The welcoming guy opening door of taxi every time was also very pleasant. In general, this is perfect hotel with the perfect staff. I strongly recommend to choose this hotel amongst all. I liked everything about the property.

Everything was super great. And I would like to expressive a huge thanks to Picci, she helped me a lot and was ssooooo nice. She did her job excellent. We had an issue with breakfast (bookings provided the room with breakfast but we checked in it appeared that we don’t have breakfast), so she quickly sealed with it. She booked the crib for me in advance, cuz they have a few. She is really nice and good worker. I liked everything. The location a bit far from the main streets like nanjin, French concession. But it okay we took a taxi. The taxi is affordable

We loved our stay here! The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable, wonderful breakfast with a wide choise of asian and european options. Good location - shops nearby, metro station in a short walk. Overall, it was better then I expected.

Really liked the way the room was organized with an efficient use of space. The room was great, especially enjoyed the green-tiled wall on the sink. Could use a bit more space but overall a nice value for the money. The staff were quite attentive and helped us with our questions, gave us a welcome drink and umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast was truly exceptional. I enjoyed having both Chinese and Western food options, fresh fruit and sourdough bread. The gym was also surprisingly well-equipped. It is basically your regular gym that has all the necessary equipment and machines. Also enjoyed being able to use the laundry at any time. The TV in the room shows the washer and dryer availability in real time, which was very handy. And of course, the location was super-convenient. The railway station and metro are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Across the street is a mall and on the way to the station there are some local food chains and a minimart. The windows in our room were a bit dirty, but that wasn't really an issue.

value for money, got upgraded to 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed - perfect for me and 2 kids. huge bathroom/toilet and breakfast was HUUUGGGEE location is also good next to high speed train lobby linked to restaurant and varity of food is HUGE..... but overall crowded and abit smelly as in too much food and kicthen smell....

Location is amazing . Very close to the central areas of Shanghai and theres a train station right next to it which helped us a lot as we didn’t have to go to hongqiao anymore . Be prepared to hear train sounds all day and late into the night . If that’s not a huge problem for you then this is a a fantastic place .
