Lovely room & facilities + kettle to make hot drinks. Lovely bathroom with good toiletries ^ extras. Thick robe to wear whilst a guest. Being at the airport it was very convenient & there was a 7/11 close by as I didn't want to eat in a restaurant, just wanted to enjoy the room as I wasn't there long. Internet was very good

Located right in the middle of the financial district of Pudong, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities are well cared for, and if you're in the city on business, can't really go wrong with it. The WiFi is a pain to connect to, and I had to call for access codes for all my devices. There's two people always sitting outside, day or night, and offering massage cards to any foreign men who walk in the hotel. I got tired of telling the same woman "no" four times in the same day, whenever I entered or left the hotel. I'd have liked that they used a bed sheet + comforter, instead of just the comforter, which was too warm during some nights. This is what I encountered in every hotel in Hong Kong and China, though, so it's not a comment about just this property.

Shanghai has two awesome sections: the more historic Puxi and this was in Pudong which is the newer part (or east side) of Shanghai. The hotel was nicely situated, within 30 minute MAGLEV and sub-way ride from Pudong International Airport, and between two subway (metro) stations easily accessible within 5-7 minute walk. If you have Alipay or some other system you could also rent bikes outside then Hotel. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, the staff courteous (although only one of two were fluent in English considering this is American Hotel Chain). and the cleaning Robot was functional novelty that at time rode the elevator with you. My room was well light had a great view. The amenities were nice nothing special, but importantly the bathroom was clean, with fresh nice linens, and spacious separate shower stall with rain shower in addition to a handheld shower head. The complimentary coffee/tea and 4 bottles of Aquafina water was a nice touch. Closet with plenty of space, central light controls and a comfy bed made it a wonderful stay. The breakfast was nice with Continental/American and traditional Chinese fare. I particularly liked the coffee machine with very high quality coffee beans and excellent cappuccino and Latte. I will be definitely staying here again. Friendly staff overall. XièXiè The bathroom door was quite worn out in the bottom due to moisture and age, and so some sort of upgrade would be nice. At times at the breakfast buffet they would run out of fresh fruits and the staff were very slow in replenishing it and sometimes they never did especially if it was past 9 AM.

The Staff is courteous and efficient. Jessica at the Reception was patient and skillful and went out of the way to help us on some of our queries.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and accommodated my request for additional water and coffee sachets. I stayed for 10 nights, linen was changed during the stay, additional slippers were placed in my room. The laundry service was great. There was a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the toilet from the moment I entered the bathroom. Although I would put the Aircon on a high/warm temp, the actual room temperature never went above 22 degrees. I ended up leaving the Aircon off so the room could be warm however, I requested an extra blanket and this was brought immediately.

1) The rooms are small if we consider the hotel price and compare to 5 star hotel. 2) bathrooms are dirty in some rooms. 3) irooms have tap and no place fir shower. 4)Rooms have carpet which is very old and dirty. 5)Rooms was hot AC not working

We enjoyed the hotel room and desk space. Some of the staff don’t have good English so had to use translation apps to talk but they were accomodating for us. Our first room’s AC didn’t work so we got moved to another room which was nice of them. The buffet breakfasts were great, huge selection of food to choose from.

Close to metro station, 4 minutes walk.
