Nothing, but I was expecting the hotel to be closer to the center of Shanghai. It takes about an hour (20 min walk, then subway with a change) to reach the center.

Location is nice, relatively close to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and there is a choice of pillows (soft&hard) which is a nice touch. Shuttle is available if agreed with advance (however we did not use it). There is a shopping center with supermarket and fast foods just next to the hotel, and some other stores around the hotel. Hotel also has restaurant, bar and room service. Metro station is also close, some 10-15 minutes walk. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay a rather large deposit (500 CNY) even though Booking and my reservation do not state it anywhere in rules. However, it was refunded few days after check-out, but it would still be nice to inform the guests that deposit is expected. Pool receptionist - she waited until we are in bathing suits and ready to go, to tell us that we are not allowed to go without swimming caps. Again, this is not stated anywhere in rules, on reception, and we were not informed in advance.

Neat and clean No any staff was understanding english, only MOD(Managaer on duty) and Mr frank was good in english otherwise all staff they didn’t even understand single english word. So in this matter very bad experience

Cleanness and comfort Breakfast for foreigners was not so sufficient. The finished items were not quickly recovered.

Stayed here many times and it's just great, location, staff and food.

The hotel has a great location. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet. Staff are great. The hotel needs some renovation, our bathroom was showing some wear. The carpets were stained and kind of dirty. Common area outside was in need of repair. Playground needed some care.

People and space, All the facilities are there, Suppermarkets and restaurant is near by. You can find KFC, Dominos etc Little bit out from city, and if they add little bit more continantial on their break fast.
