I made a reservation through booking.com for June 23 and paid in full. I arrived in hotel on June 23 and tried to check-in, but they said I'm not on the guest list. I provided the confirmation number, but still they cannot find my name on the list. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO AHEAD AND PAY THEM, BUT DON'T BE A FOOL!
