Location is excellent. You can walk to the Metro and Railway without going outside. The breakfast is excellent.

Our first room had a nice view of the city, but would not cool down from 26C or 78F. They were very accomodating and offered us another room with better A/C, but without a view.

I needed to stay near the train station, so it did the job. Very nice breakfast buffet. It's a cold anonymous place.

Basically the hotel is a great choice for people that want to have a good and calming rest before a long flight or a high speed train adventure, as it is very close to the Hongquiao Subway Railway Station and to the Airport Terminals. I need to underline that 12-15 minute of walk are needed to arrive to the hotel from the Shanghai Hongqiao metro station. Breakfast is perfect for both Chinese & Internationals. Difficult to find something after such a great stay. I would have preferred to have also available liquid hands soap and not only solid at the sink, as it is more convenient.

This hotel is located on the “Honqiao Hub” with very easy walking access to Honqiao Airport, Train station, Subway station and also to the National Conventional Center. You can go walking to all of these places very easily. Very convenient location for people attending exhibitions at the NECC.

I didn’t get breakfast The reception was bad, the stuff behind the counter was not professional and I had to wait for almost an hour to finish check in after a long flight, it was a frustrating experience and a bad memory for me to spend a night in Hyatt place in Shanghai Hongqiao CBD.

Brekfast was good, staff were very friendly. Sauna not available.

It’s always great being at Hyatt. The staff is really nice and try to do theirs best to make you feel welcome. We want to give a special thanks for the concierges! We don’t know the name of all of them, but Bryan is one of them and is such a great guy!

My room is super clean and looks new. The staff are very nice. The location is great because I can get to Hongqiao Railway station through an underground mall, so I can avoid the outside heat in a hot summer day.

The property is immaculate. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, many different things to choose from. The lobby and elevator are clean and beautifully set with flowers. Near the airport, malls, restaurants. total recommendation No

The bed is big and clean. The night view from our hotel window is really nice. It is near the Hongqiao Railway Station and we can take train to Hangzhou. We explored the shopping mall nearby & love the Christmas festive/ ambiance of the place. There are a few bridges(with no sign) to Hongqiao Railway Station. We have to carry the luggage up the stairs. Best to go early so that will not be too rush to find the gates to the train. Nil

Perfect location

This hotel is near to the train station, airport and transport hub. Very convenient, connected by underpass and shopping centre. Many food outlets and restaurants around. There is no proper directional signboard to lead to the hotel from the train station.
