The unit was spacious. Unit is only 5 floors, bathroom does not have a bidet, no bathtub, just shower. Thermostat does not adjust, so room was cold.

It was the first time in my life that I had encountered racism from staff. The man at the reception on the day of my arrival was TERRIBLE. He yelled at me, twisted my head, talked to me like a child, and refused to help (he didn't even tell me what to do). After talking to him, I left and burst into tears in the room from this attitude. When you check into a hotel, you expect that people will at least talk politely to you, but here I didn't get it. The worst experience of my life, and I won't be coming back here.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. We had a king sized bed with a couch in the room and a view of the garden. Very quiet and relaxing! The beds were also heavenly and the staff were so friendly.

Location -super in plus .Staff English speaking and very friendly -quiet place -near metro This is place is designed for one purpose - to come -get some sleep and keep on moving in the morning .Although is super clean -quiet and well arranged Breakfast choice for 5 star hotel limited -but for Chinese standards still good

A wonderful hotel. Everything was great. Location is not far too from the city center, 20 minutes by metro, a block from the metro station of line 2. Delicious breakfasts. I really liked that the room has a pull-out sofa, for which free bed linen was provided, on which slept my child. There was some kind problem with my booking, they didnt answer on booking.com, I really didn't understand why, but at the reception, everything became clear...

Breakfast is basic but good enough. Would have been better if there is a live egg station. Walls are not well insulated, can hear conversation in the next room when inside the toilet.

Property and it' s location very near metro line 2 from there you can go to both airport terminal and also high speed train station Breakfast don't have much for vegetarian people

The location is great with proximity to MRT and malls. The property is well maintained and clean. The front desks staffs and cleaners were helpful. The breakfast spread lack of varieties. The egg counter can be better. Would be great that omellete can have some mushroom, ham and cheese as fillings. The Chinese tea egg can be better flavoured.

Location is great can smell someone is smoking due to bad odour smell come into my room for 2 days
