Convenient between Jade Buddha and Jingan Temples. Cheaper than most places and many bars and restaurants nearby! They do a good job with foreigners. Can be a little noisy.

The female front desk staff is awful and nightmare. She is intimidating, threatening and unwelcoming. This is the worst experience I ever had in this city. Because of her bad attitude, I didn’t stay for even one night even I was threatened to pay the whole amount which it’s not true. She is not willing to help in anyway and arguing in every request I was asking for. Terrible human being. A big contrast to other hotel staff manners I had in China. The guy is friendly and normal though, unfortunately, he only came out when I decided to leave but refused to refund.

The first room we got had no bathroom door. Just a glass wall, and a walk in bathroom. Not just the shower, but the toilet too... Also had no Wifi. But we asked for a new room, and we got one immediately, so yeah!

On the street by the hotel there is a display of Ferraries, Lamborghini and Rols Roos. And there is a good restaurant. The room is small no windows and the internet most of the time doesn’t work. They over charged me ( like double)

One upside down is that they don’t have elevators. The good thing is that I was only traveling with a cabin luggage, so I could easily handle this situation, but someone with more luggage should be aware of this.

We arrived late midnight, thanks for allowing us to check in at 3am. The room was clean, no odd smells. Bed was comfortable. Location quite ok with nearby convenience mart / restaurants. Stairs, but thankful for the staff to help us with the luggages. Room was smallish but passable for 3 of us (2 adults and 1 kid)

The workers were polite and helpful. I do not know about the location. It might depend where you need to go. We booked it as it was close to the exhibition center. It was quite different from what I expected. It was smaller hotel that has few rooms. As soon as I enter the entrance I was disappointed. The carpet was very dirty. I do not understand why they do not change carpets and paint the stairs. At night when I got up there was a cockroach next to the bed. The room was too small and it was very uncomfortable.

Great location for great value. Especially loved the staff member who was there at night times, she was so helpful and kind, she assisted us with so many things each night we were there. When we checked in at 2 am, she offered to switch our room from a smaller room with stairs to a single story room with a larger bed for convenience free of charge! From helping us fix the door, to ordering food for us on her phone, teaching us how to use things, even catching a small bug for us. So patient and kind! Our rooms were made with clean towels every night, and there were many nearby bus stops/also very close to the train station. Neighborhood was quiet and pretty as well! The rooms had no window, which was actually really nice because the room was completely pitch black when we slept, so we had the best sleep! Hope to visit again in the future!

The lady receptionist was very helpful and polite The location of this hotel is near with mall,cross the road have supermarket which u can buy groceries. There is also halal muslim restaurant just in ground floor,the price was very cheap. The room was too big,have aircond,kettle,towel and the shower pressure was good. The hotel was very clean,the bed was extra big size and the most important thing u can charge your phone using cable no need universal plug. There is near MRT station walking distance 400m so it was very convenient It might be difficult for those carry heavy bag because there is no lift,but with the price is was superb .Nothing much to complaint

The biggest downside of this hotel is that the rooms are too small, barely fitting one suitcase, and the soundproofing is terrible. However, considering the location and price, it is acceptable.
