Fantastic stay, very near to Disneyland park, they even had a golf cart to transport guests to the edge of the property, then walk 10 min to the entrance of Disneyland. Room was huge, clean and comfortable, breakfast spread was extensive, but not wasteful.

The proximity to Shanghai Disneyland was good. There’s no business center and there’s not a door to the restroom. So when someone showers or goes to the restroom , there is just a frosted glass. There was also some definite wear and tear to the panels in building 2.

The rooms are very clean and big, very nice actually. 1) The rooms AC does not go below 23c. We asked the hotel and after checking they said sorry but that’s it. 2) Internet is hidden and could not get the internet to work. Engineering said it was my computer, but every hotel 2 prior to staying there in Shanghai city worked, and 1 after in Shanghai city worked no problem.

A very pleasant stay overall. Breakfast was good, and the room was clean and well maintained throughout. Comfortable, easy stay and one I’d be happy to recommend.

Close to the park Great breakfast Great price The AC system was not working right, it was always too hot and I had to keep turning it down The drainage in the bathtub was not functioning, water kept draining even when I closed it

Upgraded to premium room which is large for two. Good breakfast and service by hotel staff. The bathtub stopper was not working so unable to enjoy bath. Bathroom has no lock and is see through from outside. Inconvenience as stayed there with my adult son.

The design is breathtaking! Most staffs don’t speak English and the limited breakfast options.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I will return because of the service from the staff. They were patient and helpful. I had to communicate with a translator because I am not a Chinese speaker and everyone was always willing to figure out my needs. They were so nice to my children and thoughtful about them. My son got hurt and they did everything to make him feel better. Breakfast was ok and had something different each day. I enjoyed the noodle bar and my kids loved the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as the candy bar! The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The hotel is perfect for Disney. It is very far away from museums, aquarium, airport and train station. It would have been nice if the couch in the suite was a pullout bed. More Language options on the movies.
