The room is spacious, clean and provided with extra free drinking water and soda drinks. The room is facing a small river, quiet and nice. The opposite furniture mall is big but closed in the evening. However, there is a nice teppanyaki restaurant on level 7, reasonable price. Can try. The sound proofing is not so good. When the next door occupants came back about 11pm at night, can hear the water gushing, flushing, wood knocking, etc. It disturbed my sleep.

We had a fantastic week-long stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the robot service for Meituan deliveries was a nice touch. I initially booked the Honorable Queen Room but was changed to a Family Room—which wasn’t an option on Booking.com— but it turned out to be even better for staying with my child. The room was spacious with a huge (? 2.5m), comfortable bed, and we even got a bonus river view. The cleaner aunty on our floor was very sweet and kind, and another aunty in the laundry room helped us with washing and drying, which made our stay so much easier. Occasionally, there was a faint cigarette smell near the bathroom area, though I couldn’t identify the exact source—something that seems fairly common in China. Luckily, it didn’t affect the room itself much. The hotel isn’t exactly in the town centre, which I would have preferred, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The Disneyland shuttle only runs on weekends, and limited time for airport shuttle.
