Everything at the hotel was amazing. Entrance, staff, room, chill out areas. Staff was very friendly and gentle. They helped us to feel comfortable, and provided very useful information about where to go and what to see. The location is the best at the city i believe. I'd like to say special thanks to Mr. Owen from the reception, who was very gentle and friendly, his support made our stay amazing! everything was great

Everything! Every staffs are engaging in professional manner and very helpful. Location is superb, just walk down to famous Nanjing road The only downside was the air conditioning. The hotel uses central heating, so it wasn’t possible to lower the room temperature. It felt a bit too warm for my family. However, the hotel responded quickly and sent two cooling fans to our room, which helped a lot. We also noticed that many hotels in Shanghai use central heating or cooling. During our trip, we stayed in three different hotels across Shanghai and experienced the same situation. So it’s quite common and not really the hotel’s fault.

Modern interior, nice view to a park, incredible care of personnel, location, and price. Here is a modern approach, where the toilet is not isolated, which I think is not always convenient, but I think looks great. I would not say it is something bad.
