Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Nika at the reception desk. When she saw that we were traveling with a young child, she immediately helped us with an early check-in after our long journey. Throughout our stay, she assisted us several times and was always responsive and helpful, even outside of her working hours. Her dedication to guests is truly exceptional. The location is very convenient. Everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, shops, and a metro station just a couple of minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to explore Shanghai. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with high-quality housekeeping every day. We were also touched by the hotel’s attention to our child. The staff surprised our child with birthday cakes on two occasions, which made the celebration even more special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The hotel located in main road, very easy to access. It’s very close to railway station, also you can get Didi very easy within 5 minutes. There are many restaurant and convenience store which very useful especially if you traveling with kids. The concierge, Allan has been very helpful to me, help to bought the ticket to Beijing, and help to find nearby store to suits my needs. Very recommended to stay here when you are in Shanghai ????❤️❤️❤️ None so far

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was clean, modern, and exactly what we needed after long days exploring Shanghai. The location is the hotel's biggest advantage. The entrance to the metro station is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. We used public transportation throughout our stay and could quickly reach all the places we wanted to visit. We would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness and flexibility. We arrived at the hotel at around 8:00 a.m., much earlier than the standard check-in time. After an 11-hour overnight flight with almost no sleep, we were exhausted. The team managed to prepare a room for us very quickly, allowing us to check in right away. We truly appreciated this gesture - it made a huge difference and gave us a wonderful start to our stay in Shanghai. We did not try the breakfast, so we cannot comment on it, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay

Room was spacious, very clean truly 5-star. Breakfast had many options, omelette, big selection of fruits and we were left very satisfied. The location was also perfect as Jing'An is a great base to have in Shanghai. Pretty, safe and clean to stroll around and with great connectivity to the rest of the town.

Booking.com CANCELLED my booking just hours before my check-in saying that they couldn't deduct the full hotel fee from my card and told me to update my card in 2 hours BUT I WAS ALREADY ON THE FLIGHT how was i supposed to receive the email??????? terrible terrible experience using booking.com.
