The property is centrally located, close to many things and next to the mall. Staff very friendly. Judy and Rita really assist us a lot. Facilities might be slightly old. The 45th restaurant only allows access if you eat there.

What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Kara and Jaki, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help with every request. Their warm attitude and excellent customer service made my experience even more memorable. La locación es excelente. A una cuadra de nanjing road. Desde el hotel podes acceder al shopping que se encuentra al lado. Buena atención. Personal que habla inglés y español. Todo estuvo en orden. El desayuno medio escaso de opciones. Siendo el tipo de hotel del que se trata esperaba algo mejor.

We stayed in a Business Suite for two weeks and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was cozy and offered a spectacular, full view of the Bund. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the top-notch hotel facilities to the prime city-center location. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and supportive. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Envy from the management team, Ms. Cathy in the business lounge, and Ms. Jessica at the reception desk for their exceptional hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast offered an impressive and delicious variety of choices each morning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful, and luxurious oasis right in the heart of the city.

The staff were very helpful and all were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. For example we arrived in the bar on the 46th floor at one in the morning,and a staff member arranged the seat in front of the TV so we could watch world cup football ,and kept the bar open until the game ended. Also I must mention Polina who helped with our checkout and the porters who looked after our bags until we left some 6 hours later. Nothing .
