Location Children running around out of control in the gym

no breakfast. 3 concerns: 1. the sheets were changed once to my knowledge 2. where the carpet ends at the bathroom entrance, a carpet sticks up. I almost stepped on it. (This happened to me previously except I did step on it. I still on occasion have irritation from the injury.) 3. The shower door would not seal tight.

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, thank you Karen at check-in for assisting myself and my husband.

It was a bit far from the main attractions like the Pearl Tower and The Bund however you could take the Metro train and connect to Line 2 to East Nanjing Road.

Staff was amazing at the checkin area. The executive lounge had a good selection of snacks and beverages and the hotel is child friendly.

room and service (maid) good 1. I raised the issue. Maintanence came but did not solve the problem. The seal around the shower leaked adn would not hold door closed when moisture 2. Laundry - use less caustic wash powder. My washed pants gave me a rash after being cleaned

Nothing Middle of the night I woke up from a strong smell of cigarettes smoking through the AC, I had to change rooms, no one at hotel bothered to apologize or god forbidden to offer a compensation.

An absolutely awful experience. The front desk could not find the reservation (very odd), then misquoted the price and then we later discovered the number of breakfasts was wrong (one half suspects management manufactured a reservation when confronted with evidence of a reservation). Inadequately staffed with obvious evidence of a lack of training. Despit a dedicated service phone line, NOBODY to answer phone at 06:00 (several minutes of unanswered ringing)???? Hotel decor shows signs of poor maintenance. Breakfast was somewhat average, coffee machines were chronically out of milk, and somewhat short staffed. Room was clean but showed signs of aging (dirty rug) and shower leaked. Amenities average quality.

The staff was extremely polite and ready to help, speaking a very good English. The breakfast was quite complete. The room was clean. I found the location average (not directly on a big metro hub - need to walk a bit). The room was quite small with outdated furniture - too old fashioned for the price
