My daughter's room inexplicably smelled like cigarettes one night and the hotel had to move her.

It is far from all the main areas of the city, so you will need to whether take long trips with the subway or taxi. For first-timers, I wouldn't advise staying here, unless the stay is for more than a week. In my case, I've been to Shanghai many times, and still felt a bit of pain with the location. Lastly, on my first night they added me to the a bedroom near the cleaning area, and I don't think anyone should stay there. It's loud from the early morning until the evening.

It’s environment. Not many hotels in Shanghai have this garden style environment. The entrance to the hotel is not very obviously marked. Took me a while to figure out how to enter.

Nice clean relaxing aesthetic The design of the hotel , toiletries and the breakfast and free snacks at 9.30pm

Serene hotel and it looked really calm hotel unlike other vibe in Shanghai. They offered make your own scented tea bag. Le Labo amenities in bathroom. Breakfast is good choices and variety of healthy food. Location is expo area. It is quite far from city but it is quiet area which offered something different.

The hotel ambience is like a resort. The amenities were excellent. It would be good if breakfast is included, but it's available at a price.

Room, amenities and restaurant. Front desk should explain about hotel facilities clearer. In term of language barrier I would suggest should make a paper with full of details about breakfast time, check in and check out time, and facilities. So that front desk can give to the guests once checking in.

It was nice and clean, it was calm. The room was very comfortable. It had a kettle, free refreshments, a fridge, incense and everything you need. Breakfast was decent. I paid 99RMB instead of 128RMB. None of my cards would work to pay. We eventually got there, but it took many tries and many different ways t get the payment to go through. I couldn't find the address in chinese anywhere. One Booking.com, the hotel was called "Sahe Hotel shanghai Wolrd Expo", but it's actually called "Savhe Hotel".

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning architecture. The rooms are beautiful, clean, with incense, tea, and supplied toiletries which smelled divine. Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of sweet and savoury options. Staff were wonderful and booked us a cab back to our airport. Accepts credit card. Our biggest struggle was that all services/guides we're in Mandarin, so it's not extremely friendly if you don't have a way to translate. It's a little far from the tourist area of Shanghai but we were only staying for a short one night stopover, so the location didn't bother us too much.

Clean & tidy & got use the cleaning facilities Had no beer at the bar & the staff couldn’t speak English but they could translate by mobile

Breakfast is ok but not have much food for foreigners , language problem is all over hotel . Language problem , no body understand English ,Actually , I book through booking.com 58 meter room for 4 persons , when when we arrived their , they said that there is no room of 58 meter Hepu Twin room . So then they charged us more even then they give us 24 meter room . Which was not enough for us . There were no system of booking , I book led 3 rooms more but other rooms they also said that it has been cancelled by you , which is not correct . So it’s make me very un comfortable .
