The staff was excellent, super professional and helpful, top location, nearby metro and direct to the international airport. It exceeded my expectations as was not expecting much. The hotel is simple, not luxury but has all needed.

Very very bad wifi. Wifi works badly and can load something only at night. Water didn't go away in sink

Located very near the Bund. My bathroom was recently renovated. No coffee was available. The lobby looks much more spacious and comfortable in the photo than in real life.

The location was good but not great. The hotel is located on a side street that's pretty dark at night. Even the driver dropping me off seemed a bit skeptical about leaving me there. I never felt unsafe, just a bit isolated. The place was clean but the decor was very tired. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in my room. The bath gel was a giant bottle of Dove that looked like something you'd pickup at a convenience store. (The shampoo was also pretty random.) The lobby was also a bit neglected looking. The elevator could only hold one person at a time due to some maintenance issue (which didn't leave me feeling overly confident.)

The location though there are more than one of such hotels in tow. Infact my family & I were sent to the "wrong" branch of this fish inn bund. The 3-room apartment that I booked was way smaller than I expected with only one miserable bathroom/toilet among my family of 5. The bedrooms & bathroom did not even have a hook or rail for us to hang our towels, or toiletry bag etc....
