Clean, quiet, fantastic location, great staff. Special thanks to Gavin, John, and Leo who greeted us as we checked in and helped enormously as we figured out transport to airports for our very early morning flights. We would have been stuck without their help.

Location is great, service is great, its very safe and very friendly, has a great huge bath thats super handy as you will walk lots Wasn’t a big issue to be honest but the air conn in the main room wasn’t cooling so we had to rely on the bathroom one, it was March and we got by - i told them as we left - Silly thing I would have liked to see if the plates for the breakfast warmer, they are sat on an industrial warner rack but are still almost cold, a small issue and certainly didn’t ruin the stay i have only mentioned as you asked.

Great location, near people's park, the metro station and the main shopping area. Building out of the ordinary; 1930's. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful. The room was lovely. The lobby is a bit underwhelming to see. I thought they had a spa but they do not have any workout/spa facilities. They had tea in the front lobby which was a nice addition while we waited for our friends to pick us up. The entry was underwhelming to enter into. Behind the front desk were piles of boxes and many other administrative piles of things. Not very attractive.

Very friendly staff with close proximity to popular attraction place. The metro is right opposite hotel so very easy to travel around.

Strategic and convenient location. Surrounding with convenience stores and local food restaurants. Near Nanjing road ?? spacious room and big bathtub. Clean and friendly staff ?? free high tea set for 2 pax ?? Not one

Strategically located and a beautiful hotel. So glad the hotel has 2 bedrooms or a family rooms. The staff was nice to made some changes to accommodate us. The rooms were hot at night due to winter. We have called for assistance and they managed to lower the temperature but still it was hot. We have to open the windows and balcony so it was very noisy.
