This is one of the best luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed at, with the most breathtaking view of the Shanghai Bund. A special thanks to the concierge team, especially Jack and Roser, who were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me track down the taxi after I accidentally left my bag inside. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. They made my stay even more memorable.

The staff and the hotel were as expected to be very professional and very nice, I liked literally everything about the hotel, especially the cool corner room is my favorite. I had an amazing experience. Big thanks to Katy from breakfast that helped me as a vegetarian to get through everything I like and also the manger of the reception Gia for being absolutely amazing and very helpful Definitely recommend and would come back. You need to take two elevators to get to your room, a bit poor English from none management stuff, which is fine as you can expect in china. not that much, Vegetarian options And the location is centered but you still have to take a taxi each time since it’s about 10 min walk everytime

Amazing staff. Very kind and helpful and amazing view as well, the rooms felt very cozy specially with the red lights and I had great memories in this hotel, and yes I will come back again if I had the chance!! The rooms were not actually sound proof. But the suit was calm and did not hear anything when I was transferred there.

- The room was on a higher floor with a stunning view of the Pearl Tower and The Bund. - Spacious, very clean, and quiet. - The bathroom was excellent, with a bidet toilet seat and a great shower. - The staff were friendly, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help. - A 24-hour convenience store is located under the hotel, along with a small shopping mall offering plenty of cafés and restaurants. The hotel is located in the North Bund area, so we needed to use DiDi to get to most places we wanted to visit.

Professional staff everyone want to help. Bed comfortable Breakfast needs improvement. Remove poultry products, particularly pork, from the cheese area. The eggs also need to be improved, and pork should not be near the station.

Every thing All good

Best hotel in the world literally
-
- Outdoor pool could be a bit larger and deeper honestly - Ladies at the entrance to the restaurant are way to slow to check in guests for breakfast which makes u wait for like 30 mins to get in(

PERFECT ROOM VIEW , STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL , BUT I GUESS THE PRICE COMPARED TO SIMILAR 5 STAR HOTELS IN NEAR BY AREA IS A BIT HIGHER

Design, location, vibe Not all stuff speaks English

The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear your neighbors, and there is a lot of noise. the hotel did not provide extra beds for children. There is no complimentary shuttle service from the airport, requiring guests to find alternative transportation. some floors had a noticeable unpleasant odor, detracting from the overall stay.

View is the highlight. But Curtains do not block out light, not sure if it is the structural reason of the window. Love the design of bathroom blue glass, which can be turned off. Outdoor pool was under maintenance, didn't receive any communication until checkin. That was a shame, because the pool is a highlight of the hotel

Super experience. All went well.
-
Outdoor swimming pool closing at 18:00h, also not possible to order any drinks at swimming pool

The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed. Room service was not the best tasting (a little bland), which was disappointing. Decor is a little funky, but that it is to be expected at the W.

room was amazing, along with the view. Facilities in the room and out were terrific. Also going the extra mile to decorate the room and deal with my requests for flowers was brilliantly done by the staff. Bathroom mat logistics could have been better with the design of the room but other than that, nothing.
