The communication with the staff was correct. The sheets were clean. The photographs on the website showing the facility are a bit misleading - the facility was dirty, moldy, not really comfortable, outside of my expectations. There was no promised washing machine at all. The water taps and shower are plastic, the shower was stuck. A bit stinky environment, the covering refresher does not hide the reality. The lobby was full of stuff, the entrance was constantly wet, full of water I had to overstep. I had to change my
