Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Shanghai International Tourism Resort Pudong Airport)

We stayed at this hotel mainly because of its excellent location for visiting Shanghai Disneyland, the water park, and the Shanghai Zoo. It is also conveniently located not far from Shanghai International Airport, which made our trip very comfortable. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The service was good, and our room was clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite far from Shanghai city center, so it is best suited for travelers planning to visit Disneyland and nearby attractions rather than downtown sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai. The breakfast is mainly Chinese style and has limited European options. However, the food is still tasty and you can always find something to eat.

The breakfast was really good and the facilities! Kids playground, shuttle bus, etc. The airco didnt really work. The window was also open and the airco was low when we entered the first time. It made us have mosquitoes in the room. Also you could hear noise in the hallway

30 min from the airport, but free shuttle

An excellent option for an overnight stay near the airport. A free airport shuttle makes getting to and from the airport very convenient. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was nice and enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with elegant design and lovely interior details. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

A great option for an overnight stay before the next flight. Conveniently located near Pudong Airport, with a free airport shuttle available. The room was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with a stylish design and a lovely tropical rain shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and really appreciated the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff.

The instructions for using the shuttle bus should be clearer. We also need to provide more information on getting to the nearest shopping area, such as Chuansha(川沙）.

I did not even get to the hotel sadly, so my ratings are impossible to gauge properly. I booked it because it looked lovely and comfortable. No information about the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was shared with me before my arrival, so I couldn’t even get to my hotel room (taxis wouldn’t accept credit card only cash or AliPay) this meant I had to walk to the Holiday Inn Express whilst my boyfriend in the UK booked me a room there. The Holiday Inn is much closer and they automatically send out information on the free shuttle bus, how to find the stop at the airport, what times they go, etc etc. So I didn’t like the lack of information sent by this hotel as it caused great distress and cost me the price of a second hotel room unnecessarily.

Lobby, corridor and room design are modern and sophisticated. Small children playground make kids super happy. Bus driver is friendly and helpful Location is a bit far. However its compensated by the free bus transport services.

We liked the hotel in general. The room is clean and provided us with fruits on arrival. The staff is really helpful and they helped us with calling a taxi. We loved the delicious breakfast. The distance is about 25 mins away from Pudong airport.

Modern, clean and spacious property. Well managed shuttle service from and to the airport and good breakfast buffet. No bar or drinks inside the hotel, however there is a bar right outside the entrance.

Room, airport shuttle bus service, breakfast Room itself was great. Staff were friendly. Although staff were friendly..there was Lack of English service. It was a problem to communicate in English. Especiallh I couldnt use any online services related to google. Thus no translation, no map. And the staff didnot understand English. It was not possible to get information and arrange on the phone about shuttle bus service. I managed thanks to one of chinese pasasengers who sat next to me. And there are only small chinese local restaurants around hotel. If you do not speak chinese.. good luck!

The room was nice to look at. I was traveling along with 2 children. I do not like being accused of leaving without paying after I had tried to pay 3 time while dealing with 1 toddler and an infant and both the staff and front desk had reassured me that it will be taken cared of through the place I had booked. I also didn't like being rushed to get on the shuttle as I was trying to pay for the accommodation.
