Hotel is very extra ordinary, nice and very clean! Staff is amazing! Will stay here on our next trip to Shanghai! Thanks again to reception guys who were very helpful and positive!

Great location. Metro station is near, as well as a big mall that has a food court on the ground level that offers a variety of cheap and tasty meals. A convinience store is across the road as well. The hotel has nice beer selection on site that you can drink on the lovely indoor terrace. There’s also a free self-laundry on site. And even a gym but we were too busy eating awesome local food to try it :D Be prepared to have small windows, and shower/toilet sort of build in into the room. Not necessarily a bad thing but wasn’t expecting it, personally.

Cheap drinks, English speaking staff, they give you a disposable towel and toothbrush and toothpaste! Nice and easy to get to and to walk around. The rooms have no AC and sometimes you may get stuck with someone who snores all night long and you may not get any sleep! I was in a 4 bed female dorm and this happened to me. I was roasting too.

Great location and value for money

Everything is amazing! You get to do free laundry, the staff is nice, wide places to hang out inside or outside, multiple showers and small shelves in your sleeping area to put stuff - which is not that common in hostels and I'm here for it. (There was even a gym area which I didn't get around to use, but still!) Location could be better but not a major issue.

We stayed in dorm, perfectly comfortable and clean. Appreciate too the free laundry at the hotel. Guests can also use the bar for drinks and breakfast in the morning. The garden at the side of the hotel was what we definitely enjoyed; you can just relax there and have a drink and talk among friends after a whole day of going around Shanghai.

Mr Zhao was really wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate his effort to get us familiar with the area, patiently giving us recommendation for restaurants, directions to train stations, and even attending to our various requests. We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and was blown away by the hospitality! The front desk team was super friendly—shoutout to Alex for the warm welcome and great local tips. The room was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is super convenient, and the staff is always friendly and happy to help. They really do their best to keep everything clean and tidy, even though, sadly, not all guests are as thoughtful as they could be. I just wish I couldn't stay longer.
